Alyssa Schendel is a REALTOR/broker with the Lynn Reecer Team and brings experience in residential, commercial, and development. A Fort Wayne native and graduate of Carroll High School, Alyssa is passionate about helping others and making her local area the best. Alyssa and her husband Beau are always looking for ways to invest in the development of their local community. They have done projects all over NE Indiana, from Dekalb County to NW Fort Wayne, and their last adventure is in Downtown Fort Wayne. Her vision for and making old things new is a trait not many Realtors bring to the table. She is a member of the Dekalb Chamber and Garrett’s downtown district.

Alyssa’s accomplishments in Real Estate are:

• Sold over 90 homes in 2021
• Has been in the top 100 realtors since getting my license in 2018 and have held in the top 50 and ended last year 19th with $19million in sales. 
• In her second year in real estate (2020), she was a Rising Star with The Real Producers magazine. 
• Investing in real estate and development for 9+ years

A lifelong resident of Northern Allen County and now residing in Dekalb, Alyssa spends her summers at Sylvan Lake. In her spare time, you’ll find Alyssa being a mom to her three kids (Kaidance 11, Blakely 4, Crue 2), experiencing all NE Indiana offers and traveling.
