With ~ 1,000 residential transactions totaling approximately $1B in total sales, I now serve my clients as their real estate advisor much like a financial advisor for residential real estate holdings. I advise on the big-picture decision-making of selling or buying, building, and remodeling residences anywhere in the world. When it is time to enter into a brokerage contract, I will provide an extra layer of credibility, accountability, and support by overseeing the referral to the best agent I can find for your particular needs, at no extra cost to you. They will manage the local listing or property search day-to-day, keeping me in the loop with you through closing.
