Fast-growing Real Estate Firm Strengthens its Kosciusko County Presence
Fort Wayne, IN – Reecer Properties announced today that it added Pier 13 Realty and its owner and broker, Chuck Lawrance, to its team. This move strengthens the firm’s already growing presence in Kosciusko County and will increase service efficiencies and effectiveness to the area, especially its lake clients.
After building on its success in the Fort Wayne and Syracuse markets, Reecer Properties took possession of the building, located on the south side of Highway 13 in North Webster, and will begin to integrate operations while maintaining their Syracuse and Warsaw locations. The Syracuse lake office and guest cottage at Lake Wawasee, which includes a sand volleyball court, beer garden, and fire pit, will continue to be available for Reecer Properties clients and rentals.

About Chuck Lawrance
Chuck has been in the real estate business since 1982, and broker and owner of Pier 13 Realty Inc. since 1988. Living in North Webster since 1981, he has supported and held many office positions with various community organizations, including the Kosciusko Board of Realtors, amongst others. He graduated from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business and is a United States Air Force and Reserves veteran. As the father of two sons, Scott and Ken, Chuck enjoys family fun at the lake, business, flying, snow and water skiing, and scuba diving. He remains strong in the community and real estate business, and will continue to own and operate the Fisherman Cove Resort on Webster Lake.
