Boy, do I wish I had made this change sooner! As of the first of this year, I stopped listing homes in my name and it has made a world of positive difference for both Kate and me and our families. We just focus on selling off-market/private listings or partnering with another agent if we need to get it on the market anywhere in the US or beyond. That way they handle the day-to-day of the listing communication and marketing, giving Kate and me the bulk of our time to focus on selling and buying strategy and negotiations. (By the way, Kate Leach is coming up on her 10th year as my steadfast exceptional co-pilot.)
With our new business model, Kate and I have produced the following year-to-date sales all either selling off market or partnering with another listing agent to list in their names. Assisting buyers with purchases is no different than ever before. We just have more time for them!
