(May 2, 2019) — The Lynn Reecer Team announced today that Mark Swift, REALTOR®/Broker, has joined our Fort Wayne office, and Jim Layne, REALTOR®/Broker, has joined our Kosciusko County office, making them the two newest additions to the northeast Indiana Encore Sotheby’s International Realty team.
Mark Swift is a REALTOR®/Broker with The Lynn Reecer Team. Mark has decades of real estate experience in Fort Wayne working for nearly 30 years as both a Broker and Appraiser. In 1999 Mark acquired his appraisal company (Helmkamp & Swift, Inc.) from his mentor Robert Helmkamp. Mark is a lifelong Fort Wayne resident with an exceptional knowledge of the community.

He also is an Indiana Association Chiefs of Police Board Member.
