This quaint town offers shopping and dining, but most importantly Lake Wawasee as well as a few other lakes in the region consisting of Syracuse and Webster Lake. Then, you will enter the city of Syracuse where you will find local dining restaurants as well as small town shopping and a movie theatre. The Oakwood Resort and Conference Center is Syracuse’s main event center for any special occasion but also offers The Pier & Back Porch restaurant with casual elegance with the indoor seating and seasonal outdoor dining accessible via Lake Wawasee. The Channel Marker is also a local favorite as a premier restaurant and bar destination. The Sleepy Owl is also a local hotspot which offers a unique family-friendly environment with a traditional American cuisine.
