They firmly believed the best years of their lives were ahead of them and that their house would help make that possible. It provided everything they needed: a four seasons room and attached deck for morning tea and a view of the water, a convenient main floor master with an ensuite bath, a main floor office for reading or chess. It also provided an exquisite kitchen where they could try out all the recipes theyd been putting off. In their arsenal of stainless steel appliances was a Thermador double oven, a Viking refrigerator, an Electrolux microwave, a Wolf cooktopeverything they needed to perfect souffl and coq au vin. It was perfect for visits from the grandkidsthe whole home was, really. And perfect for the years to come.
