Reecer Properties opened their third real estate office at a ribbon cutting ceremony, 10 a.m., Saturday, May 16, in order to serve and host their clients looking to buy or sell a lake property in Northeast Indiana.
The home purchased on Lake Wawasee at 10685 North Southshore Drive in Syracuse has undergone a complete remodel for the past four months. The main floor will provide working space for Reecer Properties. The living room, dining area, kitchen and two upper level bedrooms will provide a place for Reecer Properties‚ clients to comfortably stay while looking for lake properties.
“Although we have always provided excellent service to clients on Northeast Indiana’s lakes, opening a local office will allow us to be more accessible to our clients’ needs,” stated Vice President and Managing Broker James Reecer.
“We’re excited to offer a place for our clients to stay overnight during their property search. It is important for them to have the opportunity to spend more time in the area to get a sense of the local community”, added President and Managing Broker, Lynn Reecer.
Director Tammy Cotton, Kristy Rumfelt and Sylvia Gargett of the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce were also on hand to welcome this new office to the lakes community.
